I was born and raised in Wyoming, but have found my way to the Philippines working for the last 16 years. I am currently the Vice President for Corporate Project Management at ePerformax. We are a consulting company which handles customer service calls, emails, chats and social media interactions for our Fortune 500 clients.
In the last year I have become responsible for revamping our learning design organization. What started out as trying to understand the technology out there in order to take classroom training to a digital format has now turned into a passion of learning theories and models.
I received my Bachelor of Science from Bellevue University in Project Management and my Master of Science in Project Management with a concentration in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University. I am currently working on my second Masters of Science in Education from Purdue University in Learning Design and Technology. I expect to complete this program in Spring ‘20.
I am a lifelong learner. Not just in the classroom, but also at work and outside of work. I am constantly reading and researching different ways in order to make my life as well as all of our employees lives easier by improving processes through technology or continuous improvement. In addition to reading, in my spare time I love travel the world and try the different food.
